Role Overview
This permanent full-time position based in Wellington offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive Executive Assistant dedicated to supporting senior executives and their wider teams. The role requires a resourceful, accountable individual who aims to enhance efficiency and support through trusted partnerships within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a trusted business partner beyond typical executive assistance by owning tasks comprehensively with clear understanding of their purpose.
- Provide executive-level administrative support including diary management, thorough preparation for appointments, handling internal and external communications such as emails, and organizing documents.
- Attend meetings to record minutes, monitor follow-ups on action items, manage agendas, and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Oversee budget-related activities such as managing expenses, credit card claims, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience supporting executives, general managers, or senior leadership within complex organizational structures.
- Competency in administration, project coordination, and managing events.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
