This vibrant beach playground offers unique dining experiences through a terraced beach club, a family beach club, and gourmet food trucks, creating a perfect island atmosphere for visitors to enjoy.

We are seeking a Service Associate - Bartender to join our energetic team at The Palawan @ Sentosa.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks, mocktails, and a variety of bar beverages with precision, adhering strictly to standard recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, menus, and ongoing promotions to assist guests and elevate their experience.
• Monitor and respond to guest satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to enhance service quality and enjoyment.
• Manage inventory and generate purchase requests to ensure adequate bar supplies and proper stock maintenance.
• Set up the bar area with all necessary equipment and products to facilitate smooth operations.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, fulfilling additional duties as assigned to support overall outlet performance.
