Role Overview

We seek a Service Associate for our Service Centre team to deliver excellent telephone support to our guests, ensuring smooth and positive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite, clear, and helpful telephone assistance to guests, ensuring a positive communication experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests received by phone, resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries by delivering accurate information and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Operate the PABX telephone system effectively to direct calls appropriately and maintain communication flow.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high standards of guest service and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hotel or resort telephone operations to support guest communication is preferred.
• Able to engage with guests effectively via phone to understand needs and provide suitable assistance.
• Capable of devising customized solutions to meet diverse guest requests and enhance overall satisfaction.
