Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge (Bell-Hop) to join our hospitality team and play an essential role in ensuring guests have a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their luggage during arrivals and departures to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Promptly deliver and retrieve luggage according to guest schedules.
• Offer a warm welcome to arriving guests and a gracious farewell upon departure.
• Address guest requests efficiently and professionally within expected timeframes.
• Interact with guests to collect feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.
• Contribute to crafting memorable hotel experiences through attentive and courteous service.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate sincere pride in hospitality and delivering excellent hotel service.

• Possess prior relevant hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
