Role Overview
As a full-time Front Office Associate, you will be the primary liaison for guests, managing all facets of their stay and representing the KINN brand to ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable and pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes adhering strictly to hotel policies and procedures.
- Enter and update guest details accurately within the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Organize and maintain filing of guest registration cards for both incoming and outgoing guests.
- Oversee daily monitoring and billing related to arrivals, current guests, and future reservations via PMS and various online travel agencies, in compliance with hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms and capsules are appropriately assigned, reserved, and ready for guest arrivals.
- Conduct inspections of public and guest areas including dormitories, restrooms, and other communal spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain pantry stocks by regularly checking and replenishing amenities.
- Compile and distribute daily hotel operation reports to designated stakeholders each night.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands.
- Confidence coupled with a neat and professional appearance.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in English for engaging effectively with international guests.
- Prior experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Availability to commit to a 5-day work week, including shifts during weekends.
- Familiarity with property management software such as CloudBeds or Opera is highly beneficial.
- Experience managing listings and operations on platforms like Booking.com and Agoda is considered a plus.
