Role Overview

As a dedicated full-time Housekeeping Associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities cover cabin care and general maintenance tasks that ensure every guest enjoys a spotless and cozy environment throughout their visit to KINN.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep across all hotel areas.
• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, dormitories, and capsules following the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Clean shared toilet and shower facilities exclusive to capsule hotel guests.
• Ensure public spaces such as the lobby, lounges, and pantry are tidy and well-maintained.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they remain sanitary and safe.
• Identify and report any faults or damages within the hotel premises.
• Inspect and handle linens for outgoing laundry or returns from laundry service providers.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests or supervisors.
• Complete and submit daily cleaning reports for supervisory review and record-keeping.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
