Position Overview

As a full-time Housekeeping Associate, your core responsibility is to maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel premises. You will handle the upkeep of cabins and perform general maintenance tasks to ensure guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment during their stay at KINN.

Responsibilities

• Keep all hotel areas clean and well-maintained according to standards
• Clean guestrooms, dormitories, and capsules adhering to hotel policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of shared restrooms and shower rooms exclusive to capsule hotels
• Clean public spaces including the lobby, lounges, and pantry areas
• Manage and preserve cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring safety and sanitation
• Report any observed faults or damages across hotel locations promptly
• Inspect linens for outgoing washing or returns from laundry contractors
• Attend to housekeeping requests from guests or supervisors as needed
• Complete and submit daily cleaning reports to supervisors at shift end for review and archiving
• Perform any other assigned duties within scope

Requirements

• Possess a pleasant nature with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Exhibit a positive willingness to learn and grow with the organization
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and during rotating shifts
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, changing linens, and lifting laundry loads
• Prior experience is not mandatory as training is provided
