Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and self-driven Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. This role is stationed at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute all necessary beverage service duties in accordance with the hotel's official performance standards.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and support organizational profitability by efficiently managing resources.
• Enhance guest experiences by introducing innovative and trending beverages, contribute to sales initiatives, and help boost revenue.
• Prepare and arrange the bar area, including all mise-en-place tasks, prior to service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment to required standards continuously throughout service.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or have vocational training in food and beverage, alongside at least one year of experience in bar operations. Strong command of English, excellent guest service skills, and interpersonal abilities are crucial. Flair bartending skills and comprehensive knowledge of wines, liquors, and cocktails are highly desirable.
