Role Overview

The Senior Transaction Manager - Aviation will oversee a portfolio of clients in the aviation sector, such as aircraft lessors, special purpose vehicles (SPVs) owning aircraft, aviation ABS structures, joint ventures, warehouse facilities, and other aviation financing platforms. This role will act as the key transaction management contact for all stages of the aviation structures, from incorporation and deal closure through governance, board support, compliance, restructuring, and final wind-down where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for a diverse aviation and aircraft leasing client portfolio, ensuring strong partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise financing agreements, shareholder arrangements, and ABS transaction documentation across the transaction life cycle.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all transaction obligations and conditions precedent to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate post-closing activities and deliverables, confirming that transaction requirements are met precisely.
• Lead successful transaction execution by handling complex documentation, communications with stakeholders, and managing timelines for multiple simultaneous aviation transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Have over five years of experience in aviation finance, transaction management, or a comparable role within financial services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing intricate transaction documentation, financing agreements, and ABS structures throughout their life cycle.
• Exhibit excellent coordination skills with legal counsel, lenders, trustees, corporate administrators to deliver outstanding client service.
• Possess strong compliance knowledge and keen attention to detail with the ability to manage transaction obligations and deadlines effectively.
