  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members while developing in-depth knowledge of client-specific accounting structures governed by Limited Partnership Agreements (LPA).
  • Drive process improvements by balancing stakeholder expectations, exercising sound judgment and decisiveness, and enhancing operational workflows to increase efficiency and mitigate risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possession of a higher education qualification such as IATI and professional accreditation (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a professional office setting, preferably within financial services or accounting firms managing multiple clients.
  • Strong accounting proficiency including review of working papers and financial statements with disclosures, supported by continuous professional development.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and professional resolution of client issues.
  • Capability to mentor junior personnel and apply intermediate skills in Excel to improve work accuracy and productivity.

  • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus public holidays observed in Ireland.
  • Enhanced parental leave options encompassing maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, and adoption leave.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance, with openness to individual discussions.
