Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Nominee Director for designated client entities, adhering strictly to engagement terms.
- Discharge all Nominee Director duties ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with relevant legal frameworks such as the Singapore Companies Act.
- Oversee corporate governance, safeguarding robust regulatory and fiduciary compliance standards.
- Identify potential business growth opportunities during client interactions and effectively communicate these to management.
- Undertake additional assignments from management to support business objectives and client needs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience within the financial services sector, especially in regulated financial environments, is preferred.
- Deep understanding of entities operating in investment, portfolio management, and asset management domains.
- Knowledgeable regarding industry governance practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational structures pertinent to financial service providers.
- Previous appointments or roles in corporate governance or as a nominee director are highly desirable.
- Exemplifies professionalism, sound judgment, and effective stakeholder management necessary for fulfilling directorial responsibilities.
