Commercial Insights Manager

Overview

As a Commercial Insights Manager at IQ-EQ, you will spearhead the provision of commercial intelligence, market analysis, and business analytics aimed at enhancing strategic decisions, boosting revenue, and fostering client development. This role is integral to the Sales Operations & Enablement team, collaborating with multiple business units to pinpoint commercial prospects, refine decision frameworks, and support strategic plans via insightful reporting and market data.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market, competitive, client, and transaction data to identify patterns, risks, growth potentials, and provide strategic commercial guidance.
• Examine client portfolios and service utilization to discover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, aiding in targeted commercial initiatives.
• Leverage CRM platforms, Power BI, and external data to produce actionable insights and market intelligence that drive revenue-focused recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and commercial reports to provide transparency on pipeline metrics, forecasting, revenue trends, win rates, and sales efficiency.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, CRM, Operations, and senior leadership to deliver commercial analytics, uphold data governance standards, optimize decision-making processes, and stimulate business expansion and client loyalty.
