Senior Telecalling Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Telecalling Officer to join our team in Kolkata (Dalhousie). This opportunity welcomes candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience and is open to graduates, including freshers. Candidates with proficiency in regional languages such as Assamese and Oriya will have an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in loan recovery and collections activities.
• Conduct telephonic communication with customers to create awareness about loan repayment schedules.
• Perform follow-ups diligently to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Work towards achieving targets related to tele-collections without any sales responsibilities.
• Adhere to a day shift schedule and a six-day working week.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate degree mandatory (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Typing speed of 15 words per minute or higher is essential.
• Additional linguistic capabilities in regional languages such as Assamese or Oriya are beneficial.
