Job Overview
We are seeking candidates with a clear understanding of gold loans and the ability to appraise gold accurately. The position requires managing gold appraisal processes, performing KYC verification, handling documentation, and executing sales activities through both walk-in customer interactions and cold calling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate appraisal of gold items.
- Comply with KYC norms and complete the related procedures.
- Manage necessary loan documentation efficiently.
- Engage with walk-in customers to drive gold loan sales.
- Perform cold calls as part of inside sales efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in gold loan services or related functions.
- Sound knowledge of gold loan products and appraisal methods.
Additional Information
The maximum offered cost to company (CTC) is 3.50 lakhs per annum.
