Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to serve as a key point of contact for our organization. This position involves reaching out to potential donors, raising awareness about our social initiatives, and motivating them to support our cause. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who are empathetic and dedicated to social work.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken and written communication abilities with strong persuasion skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; English language proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion; graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Focused, sincere, hardworking, ambitious, and possessing a positive mindset.
• Good listener demonstrating empathy and patience during interactions.
• Capable of understanding the organization's mission and explaining it effectively to others.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling prospective donors to introduce and promote the organization's initiatives.
• Developing and nurturing ongoing relationships with donors and supporters.
• Accurately maintaining donor information and records.

Additional Information

• Work hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Sundays off.
• Shift: Daytime.
• Interview timings: 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM.
