Job Overview
As a Gold Loan Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will liaise closely with the branch sales team and senior management to facilitate smooth lead conversion and efficient gold loan processing. Your role involves engaging customers both through telephonic communication and in-person interactions to explain and tailor gold loan products to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch sales and management staff to follow up on leads via calls and ensure successful conversion as per corporate directives.
- Interact directly with customers visiting the branch, present product information, and recommend appropriate loan schemes.
- Perform initial valuation of gold items personally and inform customers about potential loan eligibility.
- Organize external gold appraisal processes, coordinating with valuation experts to maintain compliance with procedural standards.
- Record all appraisal outcomes meticulously into the Gold Portal and loan booking systems to guarantee completion of loan disbursal within designated turnaround times.
- Track and follow up with customers having overdue payments, ensuring their dues do not exceed 30 days past due.
- Maintain proactive engagement with borrowers to collect timely interest payments.
- Manage the finalization and disbursal of gold loan documentation within system parameters.
- Safeguard physical custody of gold packets on site and maintain records adhering to company policies.
- Issue payment requests and oversee cheque disbursements, keeping accurate logs according to procedural norms.
- Coordinate the sending of loan files to the Central Operations Processing System (COPS) as required by process protocols.
- Generate and maintain management information system reports, acting as a liaison with COPS and regional teams for operational support.
- Work alongside the central tele-calling team to pursue collection efforts and payment reminders from overdue borrowers.
- Deliver comprehensive customer service and support related to gold loan products as needed.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000.
