Senior Statistics Manager (Emirati)

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Statistics Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time senior leadership role demands an experienced professional to spearhead statistical analyses, drive data-informed decision-making, and guide strategic research endeavors throughout the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and assess statistical studies and research projects.
• Create sophisticated statistical models and develop analytical techniques.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and the maintenance of reporting standards.
• Deliver strategic, data-backed recommendations and forecasts.
• Lead and support a team comprising statisticians, analysts, and data experts.
• Engage with internal and external partners to advance organizational objectives.
• Prepare detailed executive-level reports, presentations, and actionable insights from data.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in statistics, analytics, research, or equivalent fields.
• Expertise in statistical software tools, including R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing sizable analytical projects and teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Emirati nationals only.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capable of transforming complex datasets into practical business insights.
