Commercial Leasing Manager - Emirati

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Retail Leasing Manager based in Dubai, UAE, to lead leasing initiatives, attract top-tier retail and food & beverage brands, and optimize occupancy in premier retail locations throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Engage with and secure leading retail and F&B brands for leasing opportunities.
• Drive occupancy rates by managing lease negotiations and closings effectively.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to support leasing activities.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience specializing in retail leasing within the UAE market.
• Well-established network with retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands locally and internationally.
• Proficient in negotiating and securing leasing deals.
• Strong familiarity with current UAE retail market trends.
• Experience working with reputed developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail destinations is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success attracting and maintaining partnerships with top-tier brands and operators.
