About the Role

Join a leading semiconductor company as a Senior Staff Engineer in Verification within the Research & Development team. This position offers the unique chance to combine creative thinking with technical expertise to influence future technologies, lead pioneering projects, and help realize innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to the development of scalable and portable verification infrastructure including test bench elements and test cases applicable across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Establish verification strategies employing various methodologies such as constraint random, formal, and directed verification for digital or mixed-signal IPs, subsystems, and SoCs.
  • Execute different verification approaches, including but not limited to UVM, OVM, and SystemVerilog-based test benches.
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans on verification platforms; create and troubleshoot random constrained verification test suites to ensure comprehensive design validation.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to facilitate successful product delivery and support post-silicon teams with validation testing and bring-up activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of experience.
  • Strong grasp of verification methodologies, metrics, and workflows such as UVM, OVM, SystemVerilog, functional and code coverage, power-aware verification, and gate-level simulation.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital and/or mixed-signal design concepts; familiarity with protocols like AHB, AMBA, AXI, SPI, LIN, UART is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of automotive functional safety standards, including ISO 26262 qualification, is a beneficial plus.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to continuously enhance verification methods.
  • Exhibit solid initiative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, teamwork aptitude, and multi-tasking proficiency.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
