About the Role
Join our Research & Development team as a Senior Staff Verification Engineer where your innovative ideas can shape the future of technology. This role offers the chance to influence how the world connects, powers up, and thinks by leading advanced projects and developing cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and refinement of IP verification environments, focusing on robust and efficient test bench architectures.
- Assume full ownership of complex IP verification projects by designing SystemVerilog - UVM test bench environments.
- Develop functional coverage models and implement constrained random testing methodologies to ensure comprehensive validation.
- Meet predefined sign-off criteria, including coverage goals and functional safety standards, for test benches.
- Investigate and resolve test failures in collaboration with design teams and participate actively in design and concept meetings.
- Formulate verification strategies and improve IP test bench architectures for upcoming initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over eight years of hands-on experience in verification engineering, including practical knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies, gathered through academic, internship, or professional avenues.
- Strong grasp of verification principles along with testbench and SystemVerilog fundamentals.
- Committed to continually expanding knowledge and applying industry-standard verification techniques like UVM.
- Familiarity with debugging processes and motivated to learn relevant tools for issue analysis in testing environments.
- Excellent analytical abilities, collaborative spirit, and proficient in time management.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
