Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Partner ready to elevate their recruitment career within our International Delivery Centre. This permanent full-time position involves managing recruitment outcomes for both volume and project-based hiring campaigns. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide outstanding candidate experiences while ensuring fast, high-quality recruitment delivery. You can be based at our Auckland office or work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Own recruitment results across high-volume and special project hires.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and key stakeholders to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Deliver exceptional candidate journeys maintaining the quality and responsiveness expected by clients.
• Manage recruitment projects with a focus on pacing and completion.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing a demanding recruitment or sourcing desk, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Proven expertise running large-scale or project-driven recruitment initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Ability to perform efficiently without compromising quality or meticulousness.
• Positive, energetic demeanor paired with resilience and enthusiasm.
