Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuation, or a related field.
  • Hold active membership with a recognized professional valuation body.
  • Demonstrated experience in property valuation, land acquisition, or compulsory acquisition procedures.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of pertinent property and land legislation.
  • Exemplify strong skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and clear communication.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive issues while maintaining professionalism.
  • Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
