Job Overview

We are assisting a prominent construction firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in recruiting a skilled Planning Manager. This role is tailored for an adept construction planning expert with a background in established construction or contracting firms, comfortable overseeing project timelines, scheduling, progress monitoring, and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate proven experience as a Planning Manager or Senior Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Utilize strong practical knowledge of Primavera P6 software.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Project for planning tasks.
• Develop, revise, and monitor construction project schedules effectively.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of project progress metrics, evaluation of programme performance, and ability to generate reports accordingly.
• Coordinate efficiently with project management, construction teams, and commercial departments.
• Have prior experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stakeholder relationships.
• Be either currently residing in Saudi Arabia or open to relocating to Riyadh.
