Senior Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI, and Large Language Model (LLM) engineering to lead the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art enterprise AI platform for a prominent financial institution based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop essential AI agent platform components such as runtime environments, multi-agent orchestration systems, model routing mechanisms, tool integrations, and reusable agent services tailored for banking sectors including Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Wealth Management.
• Design and implement secure enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, embeddings, Azure Document Intelligence, vector stores, API gateways, and Databricks integration.
• Implement Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring fairness, privacy safeguards, prompt defense measures, personally identifiable information (PII) protection, and detailed audit trails that comply with stringent model risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop secure enterprise integration architectures with governed MCP gateway patterns, standardized tool onboarding, and secure API communication between AI agents and core banking backend systems.
• Lead MLOps, DevOps, and AIOps initiatives including continuous integration and deployment, prompt management, latency and cost efficiency monitoring, model evaluation pipelines, and telemetry systems to maintain platform reliability.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable delivery plans, facilitate executive presentations, support funding proposals, and contribute to strategic roadmap planning.
• Supervise external vendors, mentor cross-disciplinary engineering teams, and establish technical hiring standards focused on AI platform expertise.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT, specializing in enterprise AI platform architecture and strategic development.
• In-depth knowledge of Responsible AI principles, model risk management, and AI governance within regulated banking or financial institutions.
• Proven practical skills in Azure AI services, Agentic AI frameworks, and Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps).
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convert complex AI architectural concepts into narratives suitable for executive leadership and board members.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Risk, Security, and vendor partners.
