About The Role
We seek a seasoned Senior Solution Architect to spearhead the design and deployment of innovative enterprise solutions. This pivotal position involves crafting comprehensive system architectures that align with our organization's overarching Enterprise Architecture and ICT strategy, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define architecture for enterprise systems emphasizing scalability, security, and resilience.
- Interpret business requirements into technical specifications, recommending solutions adhering to enterprise standards.
- Continuously refine architectural blueprints to harmonize business objectives with ICT strategies.
- Lead and mentor development teams to maintain superior quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform architecture evaluations, including tuning system performance, prototyping, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in relevant roles with at least 3 years leadership experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- Direct involvement in at least three complete project development life cycles.
- Proficiency in .Net and/or J2EE development platforms, accompanied by strong data modeling and SQL competencies.
- Deep knowledge of server-side development, Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), and web and e-services.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, adept at influencing and presenting ideas convincingly.
- Goal-oriented leader with a customer-centric approach and solid team leadership abilities.
