This position offers a significant career opportunity to shape our team for the future and contribute critically to our scale-up journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, concentrating particularly on Go-to-Market roles such as Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to define role scopes, hiring priorities, and decisions.
  • Initiate proactive talent sourcing using strategies like referrals, direct outreach, job board utilization, networking, and market mapping.
  • Manage and prioritize upwards of eight active job postings within a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Support employer branding activities, foster university partnerships, and enhance employee referral initiatives.
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to guide decision-making and provide clear, actionable hiring insights to managers.
  • Balance the urgency of filling positions with maintaining high standards for candidate quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum four years' experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including at least two years in an internal recruitment capacity.
  • Documented success handling full recruitment cycles across multiple functions and/or regions, with a preference for experience in EMEA markets.
  • Expertise in recruiting for a wide range of sales-related positions, involving pre-sales, direct sales, channel sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
  • Strong capabilities in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting commercial talent, exhibiting excellent judgment on candidate fit and sustainable success.
  • Knowledge of talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • A consistent record of delivering quality hires within business deadlines, while proactively managing potential risks and collaboratively resolving challenges.

Ideal Traits

  • Agility and passion for work.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
