Primary Responsibilities
- Develop diverse technical materials such as product manuals, coding examples, tutorials, demonstrations, blog posts, and design documents.
- Convert intricate engineering ideas into accessible documentation tailored for various audiences including developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Lead pilot projects to explore innovative content styles and formats aimed at enhancing product usage.
- Establish and uphold content strategies aligned with SGTS and GCC projects.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and documentation quality.
- Regularly update and improve current documentation to enhance accuracy and ease of use.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and integrate best practices in content creation.

Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in IT; candidates with more than 10 years may be considered for senior roles.
- Excellent writing and communication capabilities with a focus on clarity and well-structured content.
- Demonstrated experience documenting APIs, infrastructure software, and developer operations.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Background in software development or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, microservices design, and cloud environments.
- Creative aptitude in video production, visual design, or graphic software.
- Portfolio of personal blogs, GitHub projects, or published materials is advantageous.
