Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in London and contribute to "Athena," an AI platform that automates people-related workflows. Working closely with the founders, you will be responsible for managing features from concept to deployment utilizing a modern TypeScript stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop and release complete features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Participate actively in defining the technical architecture and maintain infrastructure, including Kubernetes deployment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine product features, understand customer needs, and grow the integration ecosystem.
- Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle including planning, coding, bug fixing, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Significant experience building full-stack web applications, particularly in fast-growing SaaS environments.
- Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js with solid skills in handling complex backend and frontend systems using React.
- A demonstrated ability to solve undefined problems proactively and work effectively with product teams to create user-focused solutions.
Additional Information
Location: London, UK (Onsite)
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 per year plus equity participation.
