Recognized as a Category Leader for KYC Data Solutions by Chartis Research, Kyckr.com is expanding its next-generation Registry Hub focusing heavily on AI-assisted software development workflows.
Role Summary
This is a leadership position combining a hands-on developer role and team management. Serving as a Development Team Lead, you will oversee a team of four developers while actively contributing through .NET/C# and SQL Server development. Your responsibilities include steering the integration of agentic AI workflows using Claude Code and building robust connections to over 300 worldwide corporate registries, critical for compliance operations.
Location & Work Culture
This remote role is based in Australia and offers high autonomy with a direct reporting line to the CTO. The culture emphasizes low bureaucracy and high trust, fostering true impact and ownership.
Main Responsibilities
- Coding and designing complex features for the Registry Hub using .NET and C#, ensuring high quality and end-to-end delivery.
- Developing and maintaining reliable integrations with more than 300 international corporate registries to support regulatory and compliance processes with superior data integrity.
- Providing mentorship and leadership to a team of four developers, managing their performance and fostering their professional growth while ensuring smooth project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Seven to ten years of professional experience with .NET/C# and SQL Server, demonstrating expertise in constructing production-grade distributed systems.
- Proven or strong interest in leadership and mentoring within development teams, with the ability to combine technical involvement and team management effectively.
- Experience or keen enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, driving engineering efficiency and velocity through AI integration.
