Role Overview
The company is seeking Senior Software Engineers specialized in AI to create innovative products and platforms. Candidates will engage with both engineering teams and customer delivery units to address complex challenges and develop cutting-edge AI systems for enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Co-Worker platforms that empower enterprises to deploy persona-based AI agents executing complex workflows securely.
- Maintain platform compatibility with diverse AI models and frameworks, ensuring agnostic integration of LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
- Design and implement secure and scalable APIs suitable for extensive enterprise environments.
- Collaborate directly with clients to thoroughly understand and surpass their requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of seven years in software engineering with recent practical experience in AI technologies.
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript with solid programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Demonstrated experience crafting systems with embedded security and data governance principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and commitment to resolving complex problems.
