Role Overview

The company is recruiting a Scheduling/Planning Engineer to join their PMS project teams located in Dubai, UAE, and Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role carries responsibility for overseeing the project controls team across multiple projects, providing essential project control support to the Project Management team, and ensuring the successful delivery of program projects.

Experience and Qualifications

• Option 1: A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Option 2: A diploma or equivalent qualification with 14 years of related work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale engineering and construction projects, with at least 6 years involved in major Oil and Gas, Petrochemical projects, or heavy technology sectors.
• Proficiency in Critical Path Network Analysis and expertise in using scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to assess and offer solutions regarding project scheduling and planning challenges.

Educational Background

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Option 2: Diploma or equivalent certification combined with a recognized planning and scheduling certificate.
