About the Role
Join the Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting team as a Senior Sales & Business Development Representative focusing on expanding the reach of the CCH Integrator platform, which includes offerings around BEPS Pillar Two and Corporate Tax Solutions. This hybrid role requires weekly attendance at the Toronto office and involves working across North America to cultivate new business and manage existing accounts within a clearly defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own sales territory with assigned targets.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, participating in events, leveraging referrals, and utilizing marketing leads.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify leads and advance deals.
- Engage with senior stakeholders such as Tax Directors, CFOs, Heads of Tax, and finance leaders.
- Drive opportunities from initial discovery meetings to contract signing.
- Support client renewals, expand existing accounts, and identify cross-selling possibilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, product, and implementation teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Minimum two years of proven success in sales roles including B2B, B2C, B2G inside sales, business development, sales development, or account management; candidates with two or more years of tax-related experience are also encouraged.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity handling.
- Experience in engaging business executives and key decision makers effectively.
- Highly motivated and self-starting with a strong interest in developing expertise in international tax and corporate tax technology.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
