Role Summary
The Business Development Representative contributes significantly to Auvik's growth by leveraging energy, intelligence, persistence, and interpersonal skills to create sales opportunities. Success in this role presents a progression path to becoming an Account Executive at Auvik.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and gathering business intelligence on prospective and existing accounts
- Engaging in high-level discussions with senior executives
- Communicating Auvik's product features persuasively to potential clients
- Meeting monthly targets for qualified opportunities and attended meetings
- Promoting Auvik's network management solutions to generate new business
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Competent in conducting internet research
- A quick learner with a keen technical aptitude
- Self-motivated, determined, and driven to succeed
- Post-secondary education completed in any discipline
Preferred Experience

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for the position is CAD 42,500 annually, with on-target earnings of CAD 61,000. Compensation reflects market competitiveness, performance, equity values, and transparency. Diploma / ITI / Vocational
