As the first point of contact, you will connect with small business owners, opening doors for our sales team and building a genuine sales pipeline. Your Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with small business owners across Germany through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule qualified appointments.
• Qualify leads by understanding each prospect's specific needs to determine if SumUp offers the right solution.
• Pass opportunities to field sales colleagues with clear, well-documented notes to ensure nothing is missed.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system by accurately logging activities, pipeline status, and progress.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound activities and appointments set.
• Share effective strategies and ideas freely within the team to foster collective success.
• Continuously enhance your skills through coaching sessions, call reviews, and team learning activities.
