Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are actively looking for a driven Corporate Recruiter to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team. This role demands strong sourcing capabilities, insightful market knowledge, and verifiable success in recruiting to uncover and attract top candidates. The focus will be mainly on People and Finance roles. The successful candidate must excel at building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, targeted research on talent markets, and collaborative engagement with hiring managers, while ensuring a premium candidate and stakeholder interaction throughout the recruitment process.

This opportunity is available to candidates located in Dublin or Cork as part of a hybrid working structure.

Key Duties

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles and teams, working in close partnership with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage candidate communication, coordinate interview stages, and execute job offers.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals, and networking to actively discover and connect with exceptional talent.
• Maintain an engaging, proactive approach to candidate experience from initial contact right through to offer acceptance, ensuring prompt communication and strong follow-up.
• Gather and analyze talent market data, industry developments, and hiring trends to guide recruitment plans and support decision-making.
• Collaborate intimately with hiring teams and leadership to align requirements, ideal candidate profiles, recruitment tactics, and market comprehension.
• Ensure data integrity and consistent adherence to recruitment process standards within all recruiting platforms and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained within a fast-growing technology firm, executive search agency, or recruitment consultancy environment.
• Proven success identifying and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, and market intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of professional and effective interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of the tech sector, enabling assessment of competitor talent sources and converting market insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
• Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers and senior executives on multiple recruitment campaigns, managing competing demands while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
