Job description
Role Overview
We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing challenging client projects to successful completion. This includes leading delivery, budget management, risk assessment, change handling, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves collaboration with clients, technical teams, and delivery partners to address complex issues and foster trusted partnerships that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee budgets, resources, financial health, and profitability of projects.
- Act as a product and domain expert to help clarify client needs and advise stakeholders.
- Identify risks, apply mitigation tactics, and resolve challenges to maintain project progress.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage changes impacting schedules, costs, resources, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met.
- Spot opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
- Oversee third-party vendors and subcontractors to guarantee successful delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Proven expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
- Skilled in managing budgets, risks, change processes, and project outcomes.
- Experience in client-facing roles working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
