IT Project Manager

Role Overview

This position requires overseeing complex enterprise IT, infrastructure, and technology transformation initiatives. The manager will handle responsibilities including executive stakeholder engagement, program governance, financial oversight, risk management, dependency coordination, vendor relationships, and comprehensive program delivery.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Over a decade of experience directing multifaceted IT programs and enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading significant infrastructure and transformation technology programs.
• Capability to manage several workstreams simultaneously, handling portfolios valued at multiple millions of dollars.
• Proficiency in governance, risk control, financial management, vendor oversight, and commercial strategy.
• Experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong skills in executive-level communication and reporting.
• Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation is strongly preferred.
• Background in higher education or government sectors is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, AIPM, or Agile methodologies are desirable.
