About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our software development team in a dynamic DevOps setting. The role demands a broad expertise in Scrum practices alongside a strong capability to lead and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This position requires a proactive servant leadership style focused on continuous improvement and empowering teams.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Apply extensive Scrum Master experience specifically within software development environments incorporating DevOps principles.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills—both written and spoken—to inspire, negotiate, and facilitate consultative collaborations.
• Employ facilitation and servant leadership techniques to promote transparency and team empowerment.
• Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure cooperative and effective work practices.
• Lead through influence by motivating teams and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Utilize strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP to guide teams.
• Leverage agile practices including automated testing, crafting user stories, test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and pair programming.
• Contribute expertise in enterprise-wide agile transformations, which will be regarded positively.
• Keep abreast of current software-related IT industry trends.
• Demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills suited for large, complex organizations.
• Hold relevant certifications in Scrum and/or agile methodologies.
