Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project initiation, including contract finalization, team mobilization, and internal coordination.
• Manage contracts diligently, ensuring all deliverables and obligations are met within scope.
• Define and maintain clear scope boundaries across various disciplines, and supervise coordination with sub-consultants.
• Handle scope adjustments and negotiate variations with clients as required.
• Guarantee all outputs comply with quality expectations of both the company and client.
• Serve as the principal liaison for clients, operators, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a unified, efficient team culture with clear leadership and communication.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, presentations, and executive reporting.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, including retail tenants, landlords, and authorities.
• Advise clients strategically, balancing commercial, operational, and design needs.
• Proactively manage risks and expectations to sustain progress and trust.
• Develop and manage detailed programs tied to retail delivery and tenant fit-outs, coordinating key milestones and phased handovers.
• Ensure comprehensive design coordination from concept through construction stages, maintaining compliance with brand and operational standards.
• Implement strong quality assurance and control procedures throughout design reviews.
• Establish and manage project risk registers; design mitigation plans and escalate issues appropriately.
• Lead the financial and commercial management of projects, including budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, and variation negotiations.
• Supervise final project delivery, ensuring smooth transition to construction teams and completion of all documentation and approvals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• More than 13 years of professional experience focused on retail, mixed-use, or commercial development projects.
• Proven expertise delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects from initial concept to issued for construction and construction support stages.
• Hands-on experience with retail delivery, tenant coordination, and fit-out integration.
• Background working with major developers, operators, or retail brands is advantageous.
• Skilled in managing large teams and multiple project stakeholders.
