Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area. This role is responsible for developing strategy, managing prioritization, and overseeing execution across several engineering teams, ensuring that delivered products positively impact crucial business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the roadmap and strategic direction for a major product segment.
Lead the discovery, validation, and specification of new product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from conception through to product launch.
Establish and monitor success metrics relevant to your product domain.
Guide and mentor junior product managers while enhancing product management practices.
Effectively communicate product vision and progress to leadership and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Over six years of experience in product management with a history of delivering software at scale.
Proven success in managing significant product areas that drove measurable results.
Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in making data-driven trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in writing product requirement documents.
Experience partnering with senior-level engineering and design professionals.
A proactive approach with the ability to resolve ambiguity to achieve concrete outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary in the range of $140,000 to $220,000 USD equivalent, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
