Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y) product suite, encompassing Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. This role is essential in shaping the product vision and overseeing long-term success while balancing new product initiatives like Host Monitoring alongside mature offerings. As part of a remote, global team, you will drive user understanding through extensive customer discovery, build alignment across multiple engineering groups, and enhance integration with other Grafana Cloud products to offer seamless monitoring experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert insights and user feedback into a clear product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Understand and empathize with customer challenges to gather their needs and requirements.
• Effectively represent user input to Engineering teams while backing decisions with data for prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Management to support go-to-market via content creation such as presentations, datasheets, and documentation.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to influence go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, accompanied by extensive background in product management and B2B SaaS environments. Proficiency with developer tools, APIs, data architecture, distributed systems, and platform capabilities is essential. Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to build user-friendly products, along with strong communication skills, are critical for success.

Bonus Qualifications

• Background in open source software or companies.
• Hands-on or product experience in observability or developer tools, including SRE roles.
• Knowledgeable about infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, cloud providers, and virtual machines.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role in Ireland ranges from EUR 104,000 to 124,800, with final compensation determined by experience and skills demonstrated throughout the hiring process. All employees receive Restricted Stock Units to foster shared ownership and alignment with the company’s growth.
