Overview

As a Senior Producer at Cloud Imperium Games in Manchester, you will play a pivotal role supporting Lead Producers in managing and delivering large-scale video game projects. This position demands collaboration across global teams and close coordination with the Leadership Team to ensure smooth, effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery globally by collaborating with Leadership to align goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and communicate risks or changes likely to impact deadline adherence and ensure timely resolutions.
• Anticipate challenges and address them independently or collaboratively, fostering strong cooperative relationships.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to multiple producer-level colleagues within the team.
• Promote efficient work processes, maintain team motivation, and nurture positive working relationships.
• Perform additional reasonable duties aligned with your skills, such as supporting recruitment efforts.
