Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.
• Track project progress and generate detailed reports covering timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including consultants and contractors to collect planning inputs.
• Conduct critical path and constraint analyses to assess the impact of schedule changes.
• Recommend strategies to mitigate delays and recover project timeline slippage.
• Participate actively in progress review meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
• Prepare contractual time-related documents such as extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analyses.
• Ensure planning procedures align with client standards and specifications.
• Assist with cost control and risk management activities as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling with procurement and site construction to ensure synchronization with material and labor availability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in planning engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
