Senior Operations Representative

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Representative at Concentrix, you will be part of a global technology-driven business services organization focusing on customer engagement and enhancing business outcomes. You will collaborate with forward-thinking leaders worldwide to ensure their businesses remain competitive and meet evolving customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a definitive “Golden Set” of labels by evaluating samples and applying predefined tags to detect any missing or irrelevant labels on each project.
• Execute assigned data labeling duties while meeting project-specific productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Provide precise and succinct notes when none of the existing labels accurately apply to the reviewed content.
• Analyze and incorporate customer feedback to address any labeling discrepancies.
• Engage with projects that require listening to audio or reviewing text case summaries and annotating quality across multiple formats.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience as a data labeler; ideally two years, but candidates with as little as six months of relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in data labeling, preferably in projects involving the language specified (FLP minimum B2 level).
• Excellent reading comprehension and communication abilities, both written and oral, with the capacity to clearly describe unlabeled materials.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, precise, and consistent work with analytical skills geared towards root cause identification.
• Well-developed organizational and time management capabilities; proactive self-starter with an action-oriented mindset.
• A high-achieving individual motivated by quality and eager to adopt new technological advancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Background in customer service, data research, or data analysis is advantageous.
