Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the Role

Node Technologies is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to architect, develop, and maintain an advanced back-office system designed for handling complaints and service requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
• Design and implement workflows involving complaints, requests, case management, SLA adherence, escalation processes, and notifications.
• Develop plugins, JavaScript scripts, Power Automate workflows, and bespoke components to extend functionality.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with both internal software systems and external third-party entities using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage deployment phases, troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance teams, and other technical stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs alongside third-party system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM security frameworks, workflow automation, and case management processes.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps, Git version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Preferred experience includes previous involvement in enterprise-level or government sector projects.
