Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Node Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and effective solutions, enhancing operational workflows and aiding the Center's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify organizational business requirements, scrutinizing current processes to suggest meaningful improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements to guide solution development.
• Develop innovative approaches tailored to meet complex business challenges.
• Perform feasibility analyses and compile return on investment (ROI) reports to justify and support projects and initiatives.
• Assist in creating and refining policies and procedures to support both new and existing operational workflows.
• Champion continuous improvement programs to boost the organization's overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Bring a minimum of five years experience in the business analysis domain.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial industry and IT environments.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Manage time efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
• Skilled in business analysis software such as Microsoft Visio and Excel, with knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies.
