Job Overview
This role involves delivering strategic guidance on urban, town, and regional planning across several districts. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams to steer design progression and oversee the stages of project growth.
Key Duties
- Offer expert strategic planning advice covering urban, town, and regional contexts across multiple districts.
- Coordinate efforts with project leads and teams to facilitate evolving design and project advancement.
- Conduct research and develop planning policies to direct sustainable development.
- Maintain robust relationships with various stakeholders engaged in the planning process.
- Track approval timelines diligently and address any delays or complications promptly.
- Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of submissions and official communications.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban, Spatial, Regional or Town Planning is essential; a Master’s degree in these fields is preferred.
- Possess over 7 years of professional experience specifically in Urban, Spatial, Regional, or Town Planning.
- Proven expertise in building partnerships and managing activation planning.
- Demonstrate strong resilience, a proactive ownership mindset, and a results-driven approach.
