Qiddiya City, located near Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, is an ambitious new destination comprising 25 unique districts spanning sports, entertainment, arts and culture, mixed-use areas, residential sectors, and natural environments. It aims to accommodate over 600,000 residents and attract millions of visitors annually.
Role Overview
The Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (PLU) manages best-in-class sales and leasing standards, with the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL) serving as its digital gamified academy to advance commercial capabilities. The Senior Specialist - Training Administration, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Systems, is the core operational leader behind the learning platform ensuring accurate learner configuration, content management, schedule coordination, and actionable learning data presentation.
Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day LMS/LXP operations for QREL, managing learner profiles internally and externally.
- Create and maintain learner accounts, including user provisioning, role assignments, cohort management, and access control.
- Process onboarding of learners thoroughly, ensuring timely activation with precise data and tagging.
- Manage enrolments, transfers, and unenrolments to keep learner records accurate and current.
- Configure smart groups, learning paths, and automatic enrolment rules aligned with roles, business units, and cohorts.
- Administer digital badges and certificates, ensuring gamification elements function correctly.
- Troubleshoot platform issues such as access problems, SCORM content errors, and completion tracking, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain and regularly audit the learner database to prevent duplicates, identify inactive or misassigned users.
- Schedule and coordinate live learning events, onboarding sessions, workshops, and assessments across cohorts.
- Manage communications for training sessions, including invitations, instructions, and preparatory material distribution.
- Track attendance accurately, notifying relevant leads of absences.
- Handle logistics for in-person training, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Maintain and share forward training calendars with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Manage waitlists, cohort capacities, and schedule conflicts, escalating prioritization issues as needed.
- Support post-training tasks including assessments, feedback surveys, and record updates in the LMS/LXP.
- Develop and publish learning content within the LMS using platform authoring tools like course and scenario builders.
- Create and maintain bite-sized digital learning assets such as knowledge checks and spaced repetition cards consistent with content architecture.
- Apply and maintain metadata tags across all content for accurate classification (realm, skill, language, audience, content type).
- Manage content versioning and archiving processes to preserve learner history and maintain a clean catalogue.
- Conduct content audits to identify tagging errors, broken links, or sequencing problems.
- Coordinate content updates with program partners ensuring SCORM files meet publishing standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in LMS Insights and Power BI, delivering real-time analytics to relevant teams.
- Produce regular reports on learner engagement, completion, assessments, and platform activity.
- Monitor platform metrics daily to detect engagement drops or anomalies, escalating with recommendations.
- Maintain multiple tailored dashboard views aligned with KPIs for administrators, leads, stakeholders, and performance teams.
- Track and report platform health statistics such as login rates and notification metrics to management weekly.
- Ensure all data handling complies with QREL governance and privacy policies.
- Serve as primary contact for learner inquiries and issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Collaborate with BU Training Leads and Anchors to communicate important information about training programs and learner progress.
- Work with the Learner Experience team to align learner communications and brand consistency.
- Coordinate closely with Programs and LX teams to assure accurate content publishing and learner pathway configuration.
- Assist Senior Manager, Digital Systems, with preparation of meeting materials and reporting for internal and vendor engagements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Learning & Development, Education, or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in learning administration or LMS/LXP management in large-scale organizations.
- Proven expertise managing LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Sana, Cornerstone), including user management, content publishing, enrolling configurations, and analytics reporting.
- Experience handling SCORM content upload, configuration, and troubleshooting within LMS environments.
- Proficient with dashboard and report generation using LMS Insights, Power BI, or comparable visualization platforms.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude with precise attention to detail in data management and platform configuration.
- Familiarity with digital content authoring tools such as Articulate, Elucidat, Mindsmith, Genially, or iSpring.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Effective interpersonal abilities for cross-team and stakeholder collaboration.
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced user of Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience and Desirable Attributes
- Background in sales and leasing, real estate, or commercial capability development settings.
- Knowledge of gamification in learning platforms including points, badges, leaderboards, and unlockable content.
- Experience in producing or managing bilingual English-Arabic learning materials, including RTL formatting.
- Familiarity with multi-entity LMS/LXP structures or parent-child node systems.
- Experience maintaining content governance frameworks and metadata taxonomy.
