About Qiddiya Investment Company
Qiddiya Investment Company is driving a groundbreaking giga project aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, aimed at creating a world-class destination centered on entertainment, culture, and lifestyle.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and support the implementation of strategies to boost local content integration across Qiddiya projects, consistent with Public Investment Fund (PIF) goals and national priorities.
- Stay updated on local content regulations and government mandates to ensure full adherence and compliance.
- Manage documentation, reports, and performance analyses related to local content and its impact.
- Work collaboratively with teams such as procurement and supply chain to incorporate local content objectives into daily operations.
- Design and roll out programs aimed at enhancing capabilities and capacity within the local supplier ecosystem.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with local suppliers, government agencies, and stakeholders to support supplier growth and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate audit preparations and compliance activities with internal departments to monitor local content policy adherence.
- Act as the primary liaison to external stakeholders, including government officials and regulatory authorities.
- Deliver guidance and training to teams to ensure understanding and implementation of local content requirements and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of four years' experience in local content management, policy execution, or supplier development, preferably within major projects like construction, infrastructure, or urban developments.
- A bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master's in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous.
- Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are valued though not mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s local content policies, regulatory environment, and Vision 2030 objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate with varied stakeholders across different functions.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is a significant plus.
- Prior work experience within the Saudi business context is highly preferred.
