Senior Interior Designer

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer proficient in creative conceptualization and client interaction to craft tailored interior solutions. This role requires frequent communication with clients to understand their needs and revise designs accordingly while keeping abreast of current industry trends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales pipeline to ensure successful closure of projects.
• Oversee customer experience throughout project execution.
• Take full ownership of the quality and precision of design deliverables.
• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of interior design projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed graduation or relevant diploma encompassing 15 years of academic education.
• At least 2 years professional experience as an Interior Designer.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering 5 to 6 turnkey or full-home residential projects.
• Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and presentation software like PowerPoint.

Technical Expertise

• Conceptual design including layouts, styles, and moodboards.
• Technical design involving material selection, execution techniques, and preparation of drawings.
• Modular design knowledge focusing on material suitability, aesthetics, functionality, and planning.
• Understanding of civil works and service specifications along with installation details.
• Experience in creating bills of quantities and coordinating with both internal teams and external agencies.

Sales and Client Management Skills

• Experienced in closing sales through logical and trustworthy presentations.
• Capable of leading design meetings persuasively with clients.
