Responsibilities

• Create design proposals, including mood boards and detailed plans utilizing tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Choose appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes that fulfill the design goals.
• Work alongside contractors, architects, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, materials, and technologies to offer progressive design options.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes during the design and construction phases.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or an equivalent area.
• Experienced with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max or comparable applications.
• Creative with strong aesthetic sensibility and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members.
• Capability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and respect deadlines.
• Awareness of sustainable design concepts is advantageous.
